Project proposals are evaluated under the following four dimensions:
Application Forms
WARNING: Most up-to-date "Application Form and its Annexes (Annex-1 References, Annex-2 Budget and Justification)" regarding the Module to which you are going to apply should be filled and uploaded to the online application system. In order for the project to be evaluated, the Application Form should be prepared in Arial 9 font and it should not exceed 12 pages except for ANNEX-1 and ANNEX-2.

Important Points
The 1507 Program has been made more advantageous for SMEs. The important changes made are: SMEs that can benefit from the 75% grant support of the Program for their first two projects at most, were granted the right to receive support from the Program in their first five projects, provided that at least two of them are joint applications, The project budget is maximum 2.400.000 TL.
Process
Project proposals are sent to TÃœBÄ°TAK via PRODÄ°S (Project Evaluation and Monitoring System) (http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr). Project proposals are evaluated by experts and committees, and projects elected are supported. A contract is signed between the company and TUBITAK for the supported projects.
