Precision Guidance Kit
TÜBİTAK, which is increasing the striking power of the Turkish Armed Forces by delivering
successful projects in the defence industry, has developed the HGK Precision Guidance
Kit, which converts the existing general purpose bombs used in fighter aircraft into smart
bombs. By using the HGK Precision Guidance Kit, aircraft can precisely hit targets from
distances of 25 kilometres. Precision Guidance Kits, for which the R&D has been completed,
are designed to be fitted to general purpose bombs.
