Integrated Social Assistance
Services Project
With this project, conducted by TÜBİTAK and the Ministry of
Family and Social Policy, individuals in need can be defined
with a single keystroke.
The project serves families of killed and wounded members
of the military, widowed and divorced women, orphans,
children in need of state protection, the elderly, and low-
income families.
By means of this project:
• exploitation and wasting of social aid and benefits will be
prevented,
• the Ministry will be able to reach out to individuals in need
much more quickly,
• a map of poverty will be created,
• time and resources will be saved, and
• factual criteria for poverty and need will be determined.
