REAL-TIME IR TRACK PREDICTION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY (GEZKIY)

* It was published in the Official Gazette dated 06/08/2018 and numbered 30501.

 

"Real-Time Ir Track Prediction and Management System Technology (GEZKIY)" developed by TÜBİTAK will be transferred via non-exclusive licensing method for 10 (ten) years in return for a technology transfer fee.

 

Technology Transfer Fee (€ (EUR), Excluding VAT)

Advance Payment

100.000 € (EUR) per Sales and/or Installation in the First 4 (Four) Sales and/or Installation by the Licensee to its Customers

Royalty

For Each Subsequent Sale and/or Installation, 15% Royalty for the Part up to 700.000 € (including 700.000 €) over the GEZKİY Sale and/or Installation Price of the Licensee, and for the Remaining Part of the Sales and/or Installation Price over 700.000 € Receiving 10% Royalty

INFORMATION ABOUT TECHNOLOGY

The transfer of GEZKIY Technology will only cover the commercial version available on ships, so as not to decipher the information contained in the algorithm and database of the materials included in the Controlled List, especially the products produced for the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK).
