Regulations and Principles
Application Method
Applications are made online through the BIDEB Application and Monitoring System (e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr) within the application dates. Application documents must be uploaded online to the system.
Information on Scholarships
Applications are evaluated by each scholarship program's evaluation method and scholars are finalized by the approval of Presidency.
Scholarship: It is a monthly payment made to scholars in the amount and for a period determined by the TUBITAK Administrative Body in order to cover the living expenses of the graduate students in the country
Payments for each month are made in the following month.
