Terms of Application
- To be a Turkish citizen,
- To be enrolled in a doctoral program at universities in Turkey.
- There must be a Joint Doctoral Protocol approved by Higher Education which is signed between the university abroad and universities in Turkey
- The university abroad that Joint Doctoral Protocol signed with must be among at the top 1000 universities in the THE (Times Higher Education) or QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) World University Rankings as of last three years from the application date
- To meet one of the following foreign language conditions;
- To have minimum 60 points from the Foreign Language Exams such as YDS or YÖKDİL exams valid for 5 years from the date of the examination or minimum 72 points from the TOEFL-IBT exam valid for 2 years from the date of the examination, or to have the scores obtained from the exams accepted by YÖK,
- To have received an undergraduate or graduate diploma from an institution that teaches in a foreign language
