Rate of Support

SMEs receive 75% and large firms receive 60% of all eligible project expenditures as grants. 10% of expenses are also included in the budget as compensation of project based overhead expenses.

In the projects supported within the scope of the Technology Focused Industrial Movement Program, the service purchase expense of the Institution's Independent Evaluation Report is only supported by the amount determined by the Board of Directors for large-scale companies.

Transfer payment (prepayment) can be given.

The projects are evaluated by experts through company visits and reported to TÃœBÄ°TAK. Based on the evaluation reports, the projects are evaluated by the relevant technology group executive committee and a final decision is made.

Within the scope of the 1507- SME R&D Initial Support Program, within the framework of the definition of innovation; R&D projects are supported to produce a new product, to develop or improve an existing product, to increase product quality or standard, or to develop new techniques and production technologies with a cost-reducing nature. The support rate of the program is applied as 75%.

The items of expenses supported within the scope of the program are listed below.

The project owner company submits the project proposal, after completing the pre-registration and TÜBİTAK’s approval of this pre-registration. Following the preliminary assessment done by TÜBİTAK technical experts, referees are assigned for project evaluation. The referees are academicians with minimum a PhD Degree relevant to the Project subject. These referees are absolutely independent from TÜBİTAK.

Project applications to the 1507-SME R&D Support Program program are made electronically through the online PRODÄ°S application at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr. The guide containing the information about the sections to be filled in PRODÄ°S for the project application is given below.
