Terms of Application
- Applicants must be at least undergraduate student
- The scientific meetings to be applied must be indexed in the Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI-S, CPCI-SSH) or Scopus databases.
- The proceedings must have been sent or accepted to the meeting for oral presentation or applicant must be an invited speaker. ( Poster presentation is beyond the scope of support. Oral presentation is required.)
- As of the date of application, one of the following foreign language conditions must be provided in the language in which the proceedings will be presented;
- To have received minimum 60 points from YDS or YÖKDİL exams (valid for 5 years from the date of the exam) and minimum 72 points from the TOEFL IBT exam (valid for 2 years from the date of the exam),
- To be graduated from a university that teaching in 100% foreign languages,
- To be a researcher with the title of Professor or Associate Professor
- To be not supported from the program in the last 2 years as of the application deadline,
- One of the authors must apply for multi-author papers (Only one of the authors is supported for the same paper.)
- In the application period, the applicant must carry his/her activities like education/research/working etc. within the Turkey.
- Not being dismissed from the profession, public service or from the organization of the relevant institutions directly or within the framework of the procedures stipulated in the Decree Laws enacted under the state of emergency.
- Those involved in projects supported by TUBITAK cannot apply to this program to participate in international scientific meetings where the same project outputs can be presented if there is sufficient travel support that can be used in the relevant project.
- Those who work in TÜBİTAK or its affiliated institutions cannot apply to this program.
- There is no support for published papers.
