Technology and Innovation Grant
Programmes are Revised
For some programmes carried out within the context of the Technology and
Innovation Grant Programmes Directorate, some regulatory changes have
been made in favour of applicants. The founder of the project’s idea for a
completed project by an SME will be awarded 4200$.
All companies located in Turkey can apply to and benefit from the 1501
TÜBİTAK Industrial R&D Projects Grant Programme:
• Changes in legislation
• Requirement of cooperation with public institutions, universities, and
research centres for high-budget projects
Partnerships undertaken to apply the results and products of projects
in Turkey stemming from the 1505 University–Industry Collaboration
Grant Programme:
• Open to applications from all sizes of corporations.
• The upper limit of the project budget has been increased from 167,000$
to 560,000$ The maximum duration of the project has been increased
from 18 to 24 months.
• 75% grant ratio for SMEs, 60% grant ratio for large-sized companies
1507 - TÜBİTAK SME RDI (Research, Development & Innovation):
Without sectoral distinction, it is open to applications from all SMEs
• Grant opportunity for the first five projects of SMEs
• The upper limit of the project budget was increased from 223,000$ to
278,000$
• Changes in legislation
