Purpose of the Program
In order to contribute to the improvement of human resources regarding Turkey's research priorities, successful Phd. students seeking to pursue a graduate degree in Turkey in the primary fields determined by TÜBİTAK administrative council are granted monthly scholarship to continue and complete their education.
Terms of Application
- To be a Turkish citizen or to hold Blue Card
- To be enrolled in a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree program in Turkey (special students are not acceptable)
- Thesis proposal must be accepted by institute
- To have MSc degree with thesis for post-Master’s PhD programs (students who are enrolled in post-Master’s PhD programs without thesis are not acceptable)
- To be not supported before as a PhD student by this program
- To be full-time Ph.D. students and unemployed for the applicants having a scholarship for their Ph.D. studies from other public institutions at the time of their application
- To be registered at the latest 10th semester including conditional terms for post-Master’s PhD programs; or 12th semester for post-Bachelor’s PhD programs
