Purpose of the Program
In order to contribute to the improvement of human resources regarding Turkey's research priorities, PhD students seeking to pursue a graduate degree in Turkey in the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technological Sciences, Medical Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, are granted monthly scholarship to continue and complete their education.
Terms of Application
- To be a Turkish citizen or to hold Blue Card
- To be enrolled in a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree program in Turkey (special students are not acceptable)
- To be registered at least 6th semester including conditional terms for post-Master’s PhD programs; or 8th semester for post-Bachelor’s PhD programs
- To have MSc degree with thesis for post-Master’s PhD programs (students who are enrolled in post-Master’s PhD programs without thesis are not acceptable)
- To be not supported before as a PhD student by this program
- To be full-time Ph.D. students and unemployed for the applicants having a scholarship for their Ph.D. studies from other public institutions at the time of their application
