The Portuguese Minister of Education and Science, visited TÜBİTAK

On the second day of his 3-days visit to Turkey, The Portuguese  Minister of Education and Science, Prof. Dr. Nuno CRATO, and the Portuguese delegation visited Prof. Dr. Yücel ALTUNBAŞAK on 28th of January in his Office at TUBITAK Headquarters .  During the visit, Prof. Dr. Crato gathered information about the programmes and projects coordinated by TUBITAK.

Emphasising that The Foundation of Science and Technology (FCT) in Portugal is the counterpart of TUBITAK, Prof. Crato declared their willingness to initiate a cooperation with TUBITAK in the areas of Biotechnology, ICT, Nanotechnology, Materials Science and Energy.

Prof. Dr. Crato was accompanied by FCT Vice President Prof. Dr. António Pedro Carneiro and the Ambassador Jorge Cabral in the Portuguese delegation, who expressed pleasure about their visit to TUBITAK.
