Process
Supported projects are monitored each year.
At the beginning of each monitoring period, the client deposits contribution into the project account. Then, the support provided by TUBITAK to the project is transferred to the project account.
Period
Two periods are defined in the calendar year. The first period covers the date ranges from 1 January to 30 June, and the second period from 1 July to 31 December. The work done in the project, the progress of the project according to the projected target and the project expenses of the Supplier Organization are submitted to TUBITAK with the Term Reports. The Term Report is submitted by the end of the second month following the end of the period.

Method
Supported projects are evaluated only electronically via the online application (Project Evaluation and Monitoring System -PRODİS) at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr
Monitoring
The applicant institution should present the progress reports as per the dates in the agreement to the European Commission and report the notifications by the EC to TUBITAK.
Monitoring Procedure
The project template should be signed-stamped and sent to TUBITAK by the applicant institution to start the project.
