The researcher to be supported should start his research by sending the following documents as soon as possible after the support decision. The coordinator may request to postpone the project start date for a maximum of 6 months due to force majeure.
Start of Fellowship
Fellows must start their research after submission of below documents within 5 months from the date they are notified about the fellowship. Researchers may request to extend start date of project due to extraordinary circumstances. However, the extension is subject SC approval and cannot be more than 6 months.
Liabilities
Expenditures made within the scope of the project must be documented with an invoice and in case of purchase of fixed materials, they must be registered to the university inventory. The undocumented support amount must be deposited into TÜBİTAK accounts specified on the program website.
The supported candidate (project partners, if any) and their academic advisor must comply with the universal scientific research and scientific publication rules during the execution of the research. In case of violation of the above-mentioned rules, action is taken against those concerned in accordance with the provisions of the AYEK (Ethics committee) regulation.
The coordinator must submit the documents to TUBITAK and initiate research within 12 months at the latest upon the notification of the fellowship decision.
