The results of the 1501 Industrial R&D Projects Support Program 2023-1 Call, which aims to encourage Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) scale organizations to carry out R&D qualified innovation activities and to increase localization in the required technology fields by improving their R&D capacities, were announced on this date.
Since 2007, the Science and Society Support Programs run by the Science and Society Directorate have been supporting projects that aim to carry out scientific activities for different segments of society, from preschool children to undergraduate students and teachers.

The Fourth Call in 2023 for 2224-A Grant Program for Participation in Scientific Meetings Abroad and 2224-B Grant Program for Participation in Scientific Meetings within the Country run by Science Fellowships and Grant Programmes Directorate (BİDEB) within the structure of The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) is opened.
The projects submitted within the scope of "1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program" in the 1st term of 2023 and were allowed to be resubmitted without waiting for the next term, were evaluated and it is decided to support 102 out of 131 project proposals while to conditionally accept 6 project proposals provided that shortcomings specified in the scientific evaluation reports are revised.
The High Technology Platforms Evaluation Meeting within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1004 Program was held at TÜBİTAK Gebze Campus with the participation of Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Higher Education Council (YÖK) President Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar and TÜBİTAK President Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal.
