Who Can Be a Customer Institution (MK)?
The Presidency, the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, the Prime Ministry and Ministries and their affiliated, related and related institutions/organizations can be the Customer Institution. However, the main service units of these organizations cannot be MK.

Needs Analysis Process
The Customer Institution prepares its R&D qualified needs in accordance with the format determined by TÃœBÄ°TAK and sends it to TÃœBÄ°TAK. The subjects to be called for projects are determined among the mentioned R&D qualified needs.
Public institutions that need solutions based on R&D and undertake the implementation of the project results are included in the program as "Customer Institution". Project preparation and project execution, skills, experience and infrastructure; The public R&D unit, university and/or private institution where the project is carried out are included in the program as the "Project Executive Organization".
Science centers, which include experimental and applied activities, aim to make science and technology understandable and accessible to the society by bringing together individuals from different age groups and different backgrounds with science.
The programme was first launched and the call was published on April 23, 2022. The programme aims to raise awareness among individuals with special needs and those who provide services to them through the projects that are supported by the programme. It aims to facilitate their integration with society by providing support in education and independent living and to ensure the spread of scientific practices for these individuals.
4007 – Science Festivals Support Programme has been launched in 2015.
4006 – TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Programme has been launched and the first call was published in 2013. This program aims to accelerate the dissemination of scientific culture therefore supports the secondary and high schools to organize Science Fairs in their schools.
