2224-D Grant Program for Participation in Scientific Education Activities Abroad

Successful students continuing their high school or undergraduate education are supported to participate in short-term scientific education activities such as internships and summer/winter schools abroad, in order to expand their social networks, get to know new cultures, develop their professional and technical skills, shape their careers, gain the ability to apply the knowledge they have acquired in the fields they have been educated, and concentrate their skills on certain subjects within the scope of the program.

 

Evaluation

  1. ONLINE APPLICATION: Application via online forms
     
  2. PRELIMINARY EVALUATION: Eligibility Check
     
  3. EVALUATION: Applicants who provide all of the application requirements and submit the relevant documents will be supported.
     
  4. GROUP EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE: Score Limits and Lists Decision
     

Terms of Application

3.1. Application Conditions
3.1.1. Being a high school or undergraduate student abroad (except for those covered by articles 3.1.2.3 or 3.1.2.4)
3.1.2. Meeting one of the following conditions:
3.1.2.1. Being supported within the scope of 2248 - Mentorship Program in the period of application,
3.1.2.2. To be among the top 25,000 in the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) according to the placement score ranking and to meet one of the sub-criteria;

Scope of the Support

Travel expense, participation fee and monthly scholarship are provided for the students who want to participate in scientific education activities abroad.

Support to be given to people who will participate in scientific training events held abroad

The amount is available on the program's website. Provided that the duration of the scholarship does not exceed two months of scholarship payment.
