- Having a project application submitted to ERC and not funded within the last 3 years as of the application deadline, but received grade "A" or "B" from the second phase;
- Commitment to reapply to ERC;
- The researcher is employed by a research institution that resides in Türkiye or will be employed as of the start date of the support to be received from TÜBİTAK;
- Executing his/her project in Türkiye
