The "High Technology Platforms Call" was opened on 29 June 2018 within the scope of the 1004 Program and the applications ended on 28 September 2018.

Research programs supported by the 2018 call

Pre-Application

In the preliminary application, the area of the research program to be presented, why this area was chosen, and what the critical high-tech goals are in this context are explained. In addition, the human resources and infrastructure of APYOK are presented under the title of competence. In addition, information is given about the organizations likely to be included in the research program and the activities to be carried out for the purpose of establishing this cooperation are specified.

As a result of the evaluation of the preliminary application, a contract is signed with APYOK, which is entitled to pass to Phase I.

In Phase I; activities for the creation of a research program are supported.

Phase-I Application

The cooperation platform consisting of APYOK and APYKs, created as a result of Phase I activities, submits the Phase I Application (Report) Form.

In the I. Phase report;

  • Technology acquisition roadmap (TKYH)
  • Research program governance model
  • Competence
  • Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights (IPR) Sharing

are submitted.

In this respect, focal technologies, Strengths and Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Analysis, strategic objectives, predictions regarding the use of technologies to be achieved, management plan of the research program, risk management plan, etc. are explained in detail.

In addition, the projects to be included in the research program and their budgets are outlined.

As a result of the Phase I evaluation, the eligible research programs are eligible to apply for Phase II.

Phase-II Application

Project details are presented in the Phase II application. Project method (R&D systematic/methodology), business plans, success criteria, risks and B plans are presented together with detailed budget tables.

In addition, an additional project is presented in which the social impact of the activities to be carried out within the scope of the research program will be analyzed in detail, including the social, ecological, cultural, economic, etc. sub-dimensions.

The research program, whose Phase II application is successful, is supported if the budget revision to be made after the budget evaluation is deemed appropriate.

A contract is signed with the APYOK and APYKs included in the research program.

The research programs with which the contract is signed are put into effect.
