Application

Researchers who will apply to the program must be working in Türkiye as of the first day of the application.
As of the date of application, any of the following work experiences must be provided.

• OSYM Results
• Student Certificate
• Transcript
•  A document showing that he/she will take part in a supported research project.

Applications must be submitted online via e-BİDEB system, http://e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr/
 

Applicants must be Experienced Researchers (ERs), i.e. researchers who, at the time of the relevant deadline for submission of proposals, are in possession of a doctoral degree or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience. Reference date is measured from the date when a researcher obtained the degree which would formally entitle to him/her to embark on a doctorate.

• To have a Turkish ID Number
• To have a PhD/MD degree
• To have a language sufficiency degree provided in the application documents
• To have an invitation letter from the host institute
• Not to be supported from TUBÄ°TAK programs more than 12 months within 6 years
