TÜBİTAK Rules for COST Participation Updated!

The European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST Association) is an organization that aims to bring together scientists who are experts in their fields across Europe in international scientific networks called COST Actions. Türkiye is one of the founding members of COST Association.

Members of the Management Committee (MC) within the body of COST Actions are selected by the National Coordinators of COST member countries. In Türkiye, the Members of the Management Committee are determined in accordance with TÜBİTAK Rules for Participation in COST Actions. In line with the changing rules and practices of COST, TÜBİTAK Rules fo COST Participation have been updated as of May 25, 2023.

In addition, 2515 COST Support Program and 2519 COST Working Group Support Program were combined. Our researchers who are currently members of the Management Committee and/or Working Group will be able to apply for the 2515 COST Action Members R&D Support Program. As of May 25, 2023, it is not possible to apply to the 2515 program in order to become an Action MC member.
