The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) and the French National Research Agency (ANR) Joint Project Proposal Call is planned to be opened in September 2018 within the framework of the Cooperation Protocol signed between TUBITAK and ANR in 2014.
Turkish researchers who are planning to prepare a joint project proposal with their French partners should find their partners, themselves, who work in a French research institution. One sided project submission will not be accepted.
Although there is not a pre-registration process in TUBITAK side, there is a pre-registration process for the French partners. The deadline for pre-registration is 25 October 2018. The French partners, who do not pre-register in time and who do not give the information about their Turkish partners are not allowed/invited to submit their full proposal to ANR. The French partners should contact ANR for their submission processes. Turkish researchers, who will submit a project proposal with their French partners to this call, should agree with their French partners to submit a joint project proposal before 25 October 2018.
The project proposals are planned to be supported in the below thematic fields:
- Marine Geosciences;
· Seismic risks;
· Functioning of Marine ecosystems;
· Human and Social Sciences;
· Information and Communication Technologies;
- Energy.
