The scholarship holders are obliged to submit the following documents to the BİDEB in October (for fall semester) and March (for spring semester) in the first 3 weeks of these months.
- Student Certificate
- Transcript
- Observation Form (Progress Report)* (It have to be filed by fellows’ supervisor)
*The scholarship holders are obliged to submit the Observation form (progress report) prepared and approved by the graduate thesis / dissertation supervisor at the end of each semester to the BİDEB. The relevant report should be presented within the first three weeks of March and October. Scholars who are not in the thesis phase do not need to submit a progress report.
