TÜBİTAK Science High School Achieves Remarkable Success in the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS)
As part of the 22-day expedition around the Arctic Ocean, covering more than 4,000 nautical miles, physical and biological measurements were conducted at over 90 stations, and 12 distinct scientific research projects were successfully carried out.
Our students representing our country at the 67th International Mathematical Olympiad, held in Shanghai, China, between 10-21 July 2026, with 666 students competing from 117 countries, won 1 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
At the 58th International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO), held on 10–19 July 2026 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where more than 360 students from 93 countries competed, our students representing Türkiye won 4 silver medals.
Our students representing our country won 2 gold and 2 silver medals at the 37th International Biology Olympiad, held in Vilnius, Lithuania, from July 12-19, 2026, with 302 students from 78 countries competing.
Our students representing our country won 5 silver medals at the 56th International Physics Olympiad, which was held in Bucaramanga, Colombia, from July 4 to 12, 2026, featuring 381 students competing from 87 countries.
Representing Türkiye at the 26th Asian Physics Olympiad held in Busan, South Korea, our students won two Bronze Medals and six Honorable Mentions.
At the 10th European Physics Olympiad held in Gothenburg, Sweden between 12–16 June 2026, where 199 students from 41 countries competed, our students representing Türkiye won 1 silver medal, 1 bronze medal and 1 honorable mention award.
Our students representing our country at the 6th European Girls' Olympiad in Informatics, held in Cesenatico, Italy, from 12-18 May 2026, with the participation of 218 students from 59 countries, won 3 silver and 1 bronze medal.
At the 30th Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad held in Struga, North Macedonia between June 24-29, 2025, where 135 students from 23 countries competed, our students representing Türkiye, won 1 gold medal, 3 silver medal, 2 bronze medals.
