Project Call from TÜBİTAK to University Students

The Applications for TÜBİTAK programmes “Entrepreneurship and Innovation” for university students, “Undergraduate Thesis On Private Sector”, “University Students Project In Priority Areas” will be received on the dates between 7-25 May 2018.

2238 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition for undergraduate and graduate students will be organized in "Basic Sectors", "Techno Entrepreneurship" and "Social Entrepreneurship" categories. The award to the winner will be 10 thousand TL; while the second will be awarded with 7 thousand 500 TL and the third with 5 thousand TL.

2241 Industry-Oriented Graduation Projects Competition, to which can be applied by undergraduate students at the graduation thesis preparation stage, will be held under the categories of "Product Development" and "Process Development". The winner will be awarded with 10 thousand TL, the second prize will be 7 thousand 500 TL and the third prize will be 5 thousand TL.

2242 – “Undergraduate Students’ Projects Competition in Priority Areas, to which can be applied by undergraduate and associate program students, will be organized in the categories of "Energy", "Machine Manufacturing and Automotive" and "Information and Communication Technologies". The winner of the competition will receive 10 thousand TL, the second will receive 7 thousand 500 TL and the third will receive 5 thousand TL. The consultants will also receive 3 thousand, 2 thousand and 1 thousand five hundred TL as their awards.

Young People Are Expected To Make Projects For The Future

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition aims to raise awareness on entrepreneurship and innovation issues among associate degree and undergraduate students, including Open Education faculties, and to provide support for students who have a business idea in various fields to implement their ideas. Besides, the students are expected to develop high added value projects in the field of digital transformation in parallel with the developments within the scope of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

2241 Industry-Oriented Graduation Projects Competition aims to encourage university-private sector collaboration at the undergraduate level through the determination of undergraduate thesis regarding the needs of private sector and the acquisition of experience by being active in the private sector during their undergraduate studies. Students are also expected to prepare theses focusing on digital transformation issues in the industry in line with the developments within the scope of 4th Industrial Revolution.

 

The aim of 2242 Undergraduate Students’ Projects Competition in Priority Areas, is to encourage undergraduate and associate degree program students in universities to produce solutions to the problems of our country in priority areas and to improve their knowledge and skills in this direction. Students are also expected to produce projects in the priority areas focusing on digital transformation issues in line with the developments of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
